Maiden to Menarche Cohorts

Cohorts forming in the Asheville, NC and Morganton, NC areas. We will meet weekly for 2 months (a total of 8 sessions).

Summer Initiation camps begin next year, for 8 days together in Nature, to solidify and expand upon the work we have done in sessions.

Together we will explore:

Discover your right relationship to the elementals, planetary bodies, & Nature through ritual alchemical herbalism, elemental embodiment practices, sacred fire & water, and more.
Explore the knowledge of your anatomy & physiology in a changing woman body, taught by a women’s health provider, bodyworker, & birth tender.
Explore embodiment practices such as glandular tapping for hormone health, yoga, exercises for pelvic health, as well as embodiment practices for energetic awareness.
Safely discuss the awareness of sexuality in our bodies, beliefs around sex, dating & marriage, in a container that is both private, and yet also beautifully contained by the work that the mothers do in this area as well, exploring the conversation between mother and daughter.
Each cohort will be tailored to the age group it serves, while also allowing for room for growth and discovery.
Explore the sacred Self in the container of a group of peers and safe guidance to discover your Sacred No & Sacred Yes.
Join a cohort of other girls and women for a long-term relationship that is sure to change the trajectory of your growth from girl to woman.
